Ameer teaches you how to make a delicious Sushi Burrito, if you like sushi then this is definitely a recipe for you!
Nori (seaweed wraps)
4 Cups of white rice
1 Bag of shredded carrots
2 Sushi grade tuna filets
1 Package of crab sticks
1 Sriracha mayo
1 Tsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tsp sesame oil
1 Tsp lime juice
2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 Small pot
1 Chef knife
1 Cutting board
In a small sauce pan bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then add 2 cups of rice. Reduce heat and cover with a lid for 5 to 7 minutes, until rice is cooked.
Peel, and then cut avocados into slices then refrigerate immediately to prevent the avocado from browning.
Remove skin from the cucumber then slice in half and begin cutting strips.
Cut tuna into pieces, and season with 1 Tsp rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tsp sesame oil, 1 Tsp lime juice, 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce and mix lightly.
Lay down a sheet of nori then place 2 spoonfuls of rice onto it, and then flatten it. Start by adding 2 Spoonfuls of spicy tuna, Some crab sticks, Sriracha mayo, Cucumbers, shredded carrots, avocado slices then sprinkle on some tempura flakes and begin to roll the sushi up until closed.
